BJC has, together with Nordnorsk Skipskonsult AS (Harstad) and Anco Eiendom (Tromsø), conducted a market study on the real estate and property sector in Arkhangelsk. The study will be presented on NRCCs networking meeting in Arkhangelsk on September 17. The report will be available to the public.

In addition to the market study, the report contains a feasibility study on establishing a Norwegian office community in Arkhangelsk and a list of potential investment projects in the region.

The study has two goals:

1. 1.To expand NSKs knowledge base in the Arkhangelsk real estate sector
   

2. 2.To make it easier for Norwegian companies to reenter the Arkhangelsk market
   

We believe that the report will have some significance in the process of improving the relations between Norway and Arkhangelsk, which have been down for more than 10 years.
